คุณนพพร แก้วหนิ้ว (คุณดอน) เจ้าของบริษัท หลงไหลและเล็งเห็นในคุณค่าของสิ่งของเหลือใช้ตั้งแต่ที่เขายังเป็นเด็ก โดยเขาเชื่อว่า สิ่งของทุกอย่างนั้น มีคุณค่า แม้ว่ามันจะเป็นเพียงเศษขยะก็ตาม คุณดอนจึงเลือกเอาเศษไม้ที่เหลือจากโรงงาน แต่ยังสามารถนำมาใช้งานได้อยู่นำมาเป็นวัตถุดิบหลักสำคัญในชิ้นงานของเขา เศษไม้ที่เหลือจำนวนมากจากโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่นั้นได้กลายมาเป็นส่วนประกอบของเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่สร้างสรรค์และสวยงามที่โดยฝีมือของเขา นานกว่า 10 ปีแล้วที่บริษัทได้ผลิตและจำหน่ายสินค้าประเภทไม้ออกมามากมายรวมถึงงานที่ทำจากเหล็ก
